利用規約

この利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、株式会社いきデザイン（以下「当社」）が提供するデジタルコンテンツ（エッセイ、コラム、フレームワーク等、以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。

第1条　サービスの定義
本サービスは、生理学・理学療法学・心理学・哲学・死生学など多様な視点から捉えた包括的なトラウマの理解や、生命知性に関する考察をデジタル形式（PDF、記事等）で提供する「デジタル出版物」です。

第2条　医療に関する免責事項および重要告知

1. 非医療・非臨床の定義
   本サービスおよび提供されるコンテンツ（エッセイ、コラム、フレームワーク等）は、あくまで教育、研究、および情報提供のみを目的とした「出版物」であり、医療行為、臨床心理学的な介入、または専門的なカウンセリングを提供するものではありません。本サービスは、いかなる特定の疾患（PTSD、トラウマ関連疾患、精神疾患等）の診断、治療、予防を目的としたものでもありません。
2. 専門家による助言の優先
   本サービスに含まれる情報は、医師、精神科医、公認心理師、その他の医療・保健専門家による適切な医学的診断や助言に代わるものではありません。現在、治療中であるか、または心身の症状がある場合は、本サービスの情報を使用する前に、必ず自身の主治医または資格を有する医療専門家に相談してください。専門家の助言を無視したり、本サービスの情報に基づいて治療を遅らせたりしないでください。
3. 専門的関係の否定
   本サービスおよびコンテンツの購入、閲覧、または当社への問い合わせによって、当社または著者とお客様との間に、医師と患者、あるいはセラピストとクライアント等の「専門的な援助関係（治療関係）」が形成されることは一切ありません。
4. 自己責任とリスクの承諾
   お客様が本サービスで提供される理論、知見、またはフレームワークを自身の生活に適用するかどうかの決定は、お客様自身の自由な意思と責任において行われるものとします。当社は、本サービスの情報を使用した結果（直接的、間接的、付随的、結果的、または特別な損害を含む）について、いかなる保証も行わず、一切の責任を負いません。
5. 緊急時の対応
   本サービスは緊急事態のためのリソースではありません。もし自身や他者に危害を加える恐れがある場合や、緊急の医療的助けが必要な場合は、直ちに警察、救急、またはお住まいの地域の緊急相談窓口に連絡してください。

第3条　 知的財産権
本サービスに含まれるすべての文章、画像、独自フレームワークの著作権は当社に帰属します。私的使用の範囲を超えて、無断で転載、複製、配布、譲渡、改変を行うことは固く禁じます。

第4条　禁止事項
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。公序良俗に反する行為または当社の知的財産権を侵害する行為、本サービスのコンテンツを当社の許可なく商業目的で使用・複製・販売・または配布する行為、本サービスへのアクセスに用いるアカウント情報またはアクセス権を第三者に譲渡・共有・または貸与する行為、ならびにプログラム、ボット、スクレイピングツール等を用いて本サービスのコンテンツを自動的に収集・抽出・または複製する行為。

第5条（返金ポリシー）
デジタルコンテンツという商品の性質上、本サービス（デジタルエッセイ、フレームワーク等）の購入確定後および配送・閲覧開始後の返品、交換、返金には一切応じられません。

第6条（利用資格）
本サービスを利用することにより、お客様は18歳以上であることを表明し、保証するものとします。18歳未満の方は、親権者または法定代理人の明示的な同意と監督がある場合に限り、本サービスを利用できるものとします。

第7条（準拠法および管轄裁判所）
本規約は日本法に基づき解釈されるものとします。本規約に関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第8条（規約の変更）
当社は、その裁量により本規約を変更することがあります。変更後の規約は、本サイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、お客様は変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (hereinafter “the Terms”) set forth the conditions of use for the digital content (essays, columns, frameworks, and related materials; hereinafter “the Service”) provided by Iki Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “the Company”).

Article 1 – Definition of the Service

The Service constitutes a “digital publication” that delivers comprehensive insights into trauma — explored through diverse perspectives including physiology, physical therapy, psychology, philosophy, and thanatology — as well as reflections on Life Intelligence, in digital formats such as PDFs and articles.

Article 2 – Medical Disclaimer and Important Notice

1. Non-Medical and Non-Clinical Nature
   The Service and all content provided thereunder (including essays, columns, and frameworks) are published solely for educational, research, and informational purposes. They do not constitute medical practice, clinical psychological intervention, or professional counseling of any kind. The Service is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any specific condition, including but not limited to PTSD, trauma-related disorders, or mental health conditions.
2. Primacy of Professional Advice
   The information contained in the Service is not a substitute for appropriate medical diagnosis or advice from a physician, psychiatrist, licensed psychologist, or other qualified healthcare professional. If you are currently receiving treatment or experiencing any physical or mental symptoms, you must consult your own physician or a qualified healthcare professional before applying any information from the Service. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking treatment based on information obtained through the Service.
3. No Professional Relationship
   The purchase or viewing of the Service or its content, or the submission of an inquiry to the Company, does not establish any professional or therapeutic relationship — such as a physician-patient or therapist-client relationship — between the Company or its authors and the user.
4. Assumption of Personal Responsibility and Risk
   Any decision to apply the theories, insights, or frameworks presented in the Service to your own life is made entirely at your own free will and responsibility. The Company makes no warranties and accepts no liability whatsoever for any outcomes — including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — arising from the use of information provided through the Service.
5. Emergency Situations
   The Service is not a resource for emergency situations. If there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if immediate medical assistance is required, please contact the police, emergency services, or your local crisis support line without delay.

Article 3 – Intellectual Property

All text, images, and proprietary frameworks included in the Service are the intellectual property of the Company. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, transfer, or modification beyond the scope of personal use is strictly prohibited.

Article 4 – Prohibited Conduct

Users must not engage in any of the following conduct in connection with their use of the Service: any act that violates public order or morality, or that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the Company; any act of using, reproducing, selling, or distributing the content of the Service for commercial purposes without the Company’s permission; any act of transferring, sharing, or lending account information or access rights used to access the Service to any third party; and any act of automatically collecting, extracting, or reproducing the content of the Service using programs, bots, scraping tools, or similar means.

Article 5 – Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once a purchase of the Service (digital essays, frameworks, etc.) has been confirmed and delivery or access has commenced.

Article 6 – Eligibility

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 may only use the Service with the express consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Article 7 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.

Article 8 – Amendments to the Terms

The Company may, at its sole discretion, amend these Terms at any time. Any amended Terms shall take effect upon their publication on this Site. Your continued use of the Service following such amendment shall be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms.
