1. 返金の原則
提供するエッセイ、フレームワーク、コラム等のデジタルコンテンツは、商品の性質（デジタルデータとしての即時提供）上、購入確定後（決済完了後）の返品、交換、および返金には一切応じられません。ご購入前に、商品内容やシステム要件をよくご確認の上、お手続きください。
2. 技術的な不具合への対応
購入したファイルのダウンロードができない、またはファイルが破損している等の技術的な問題が発生した場合は、速やかに当社までご連絡ください。内容を確認の上、再送等の適切な対応をさせていただきます。ただし、この場合においても返金には応じかねますのでご了承ください。

If you experience a technical problem — such as being unable to download a purchased file or receiving a corrupted file — please contact us promptly. Upon verification, we will take appropriate measures such as resending the file. Please note, however, that even in such cases, refunds will not be issued.
